It's chilling in the garage.

I'll be there as a spectator. In this case no handguard would be made a difference. My hand wasn't on the grip when it got bent up. Not sure if I'll be in the championship at this point. It's taking a while to heal.

@@DrewGorrie Aww man I hate to hear that! Hate that you lost your running this season, but now you get to look hard at the 23/24 season. Hoping even more that it heals in time to keep you in, from what I understand it's only the best 8 of 11 races that count. I understand you're a professional photographer as well, I hope it hasn't affected your work! I'll be there this weekend as well, I'll be the fat guy in orange/black on a 22 GasGas 450. Little nervous as it's my first race in 2 years and the first one on this bike. Hoping conditions will be good. Looking forward to seeing you out there.

@@DrewGorrie, looking forward to it... i’ve seen from your previous races that you have had different bikes , have you Done any comparison video or bike ”review” video or bike rating vid. Just curious as i am thinking of switching bikes myself. I raced mostly motocross and some enduro in my youth , and since a couple of years back I started with mx again .But this year I started taking up Enduro again. However my kxf250 isn`t that suited for single track and enduro and is a bit Low on HP on some sand tracks here. I have been eyeing the WR250 or WR450 as dual sport bikes But they are a bit Heavy . The yz450 or the sxf350 are on too of my list now. Maybe one only needs to Switch to 18 inch back Wheel and soften up the suspension and then i think they could be rather good dual sport candidates 😁👍🏻

Thanks Chris. You can't see in the video but I'm pretty sure my hand was actually off the handlebar when I hit the tree. I usually pull my hand off and try to bounce off the tree but I guess something caught my finger in a weird way.
